Reddit ingestion is the active scheduled system. Coverage begins in April 2025. The latest verified run completed on October 16, 2026 with a Success outcome across 52 of 52 configured targets. It saw 102 posts, stored 55 new records, and the verified retained-post count is 51,486.
Missed collection days were recovered through catch-up ingestion without exhausting API limits. The latest automated database backup is separate from the verified manual Passport external backup. Logical database restoration has been verified; this is not a whole-system recovery claim.
SilverLeaf Brief
SilverLeaf is a supervised publishing workflow. Its latest verified run was October 10, 2026: it evaluated 33 candidates with zero source failures, and no release was published. Its scheduler is disabled, deployment is not automatic, and publication requires human approval.
The public briefing is a September 2026 release. The corrected local presentation of 41 updates and one withdrawal remains unpublished.
WGU Atlas
Atlas is an on-demand catalog workflow. Its October 10 evidence detected the 2026-10 edition but did not admit data or regenerate the site. Catalog-currentness checks can be run with owner or CI authorization, but no machine-level scheduler is enabled. Regeneration, review, promotion, and deployment are separate gates.
Evidence boundary
The Portfolio Operations Dashboard contains the detailed dated snapshot, including recent Reddit execution history and backup evidence. Public values are selected operational evidence, not a control plane or a claim of continuous service health.
